Influencer Release Agreement

Agreement Scope: TopSet Influencer Name, Image, and Likeness

This Name, Image, and Likeness Release Agreement (“Influencer Release Agreement”) is made and entered into between
the undersigned Influencer (“Influencer”) and TopSet Fitnless LLC (“TopSet”, “Agency”).

1. **Grant of Rights**: Influencer grants TopSet the irrevocable right to use their name, image, likeness,
voice, video content, photographs, digital media, and brand assets (“Content”) for marketing,
promotion, and commercial use across all platforms owned or operated by TopSet, including but not
limited to social media, advertisements, websites, and digital products.

2. **Purpose**: Content may be used to promote TopSet, its products, services, affiliated programs,
fitness offerings, influencer services, and community initiatives.

3. **Ownership**: Influencer retains ownership of their Content. Influencer understands that TopSet
may edit, repurpose, or combine the Content with other media for promotional purposes.

4. **No Compensation Guarantee**: Influencer acknowledges that participation does not guarantee
payment unless separately agreed upon in writing. Any commission or compensation follows TopSet’s
partnership terms.

5. **Release & Waiver**: Influencer releases TopSet from any claims, liability, or demands related to
the use of the Content pursuant to this Agreement.

6. **Term**: This release is perpetual and worldwide unless revoked in writing with 30 days notice.
Content used prior to revocation may continue to be displayed.

7. **Representation**: Influencer represents they have full rights to grant this release and that content
provided does not infringe on any rights of third parties.

8. **Governing Law**: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
